Interpret the tender documents (FFU)
The tender documents (förfrågningsunderlag, FFU) hold the requirements, deadlines and terms that decide your tender. Yesper reads the FFU and brings out scope, requirements, deadlines and commercial terms – and lists appendices that are referenced but missing. Most valuable in the tendering stage.
How to do it in Yesper
- Add the FFU and its accompanying documents.
- Ask Yesper to summarise scope, requirements, deadlines and commercial terms.
- Follow up on for example penalties, warranty periods or the form of contract.
- Review in Yesper and use as a checklist ahead of the tender.
Settings & tips
- Ask Yesper to list appendices that are referenced but missing.
- Ask specifically about how ÄTA work (changes and additional work) and quantity adjustment are handled.
Example prompts
