Cut and fill calculations

On ground works projects, one of the first questions is how much to excavate and how much to fill. The answer shapes pricing and logistics from the start. We structured the underlying drawings and terrain data, then built a calculation layer that returns volumes by section with source references. Hours of section work done in minutes.

Bill of Quantities from IFC

An IFC model describes the building. A Bill of Quantities describes what gets procured and in what quantities. We built a pipeline that reads the model directly and returns a structured takeoff — grouped by discipline and element type, ready to cost or compare.
