Yesper 4 has even better support for file formats, works on your phone, connects to your email and much more. Common tasks run twice as fast and simple questions are answered in a few seconds.

Upload the client's IDS file and let Yesper check the IFC model against it. The result comes as an Excel report, or as BCF if you want to keep working in the model.

Yesper reads point clouds in LAS and LAZ and produces elevation models, profiles along a line and volumes. Borehole logs in LAS format can be plotted and exported.

Yesper splits a large task into threads of their own that work in parallel and report back to the conversation you started in. You can keep talking in the meantime, or reply directly in one of them with Reply in thread.

Move or rename files in SharePoint and the project's files follow, with the same folders and names. What is removed in SharePoint is archived in the project and comes back if the file turns up again.

Upload the road model's .dmi and .dmr files and ask about the alignment, the radii, the gradients or the cross sections without opening Novapoint. Yesper says which coordinate system the figures refer to and points out what cannot be confirmed.

Ask about something that was said several weeks ago, in another conversation or far into a long one, and Yesper finds the place and reads the context around it. The search handles inflected forms and compound words, and works even without å, ä and ö.

Yesper creates new documents from your company's Word templates, both .dotx and .dotm, in the same way as New from Template in Word. The document is saved as an ordinary Word file, without the template's macros.

Questions about the project's files are now answered in less than half the time, and most tasks run about a third faster. When Yesper is given more time to think, the answers are also more accurate.

Paste a link and ask Yesper to save the document to the project, or ask for installation instructions and data sheets for the products in a construction project. The files land among the project's files and become searchable. When Yesper searches the web, every PDF it opens is also saved, with its link, and the answer ends with a list of the documents.

Share a project with a whole team in one go. A new colleague who is added to the group gets access to all the group's projects right away, and anyone who leaves the group loses access just as quickly.

Administrators can now split licenses and balance per department, move people between departments and get a suggested allocation based on how much each person uses Yesper. New projects and SharePoint indexing are booked to the right department.

Add Yesper to the home screen on your phone and it opens as its own app, with its own icon.

When Yesper does research, it searches the project's files, SharePoint, the reference library, the web and sources such as SMHI, SGU, Naturvårdsverket, Allabolag and Trafikverket's NJDB and BIS. The answer names the source and quotes it word for word. You decide which sources are used.

Ask what was decided at the site meeting and Yesper finds the answer in the meeting transcript, with who said what and when. Yesper can also read Teams chats and shared mailboxes, and write a draft reply that lands among your drafts in Outlook. Yesper never sends anything and can neither change nor delete existing emails.

Connect both the main site and the discipline sites to one and the same project. Every synced file shows which site it comes from. Connecting takes two steps: choose a site, choose folders.

Group projects by customer, region or business area. Star the threads you often return to and give them names of your own. When you create a new project you can invite colleagues and set roles right away.

Yesper suggests which users should change license level, based on how they actually use the service, and the administrator approves with one click. A new column shows how often each person uses Yesper, but never what they have done.

The advisor, which gives a second opinion at difficult decision points, now runs on GPT-6 Astra. That is one level above the model that does the work itself.

Ask Yesper to rename or move whole folders, merge duplicates or archive up to 50 files at a time. What is archived stays in a folder of its own, with the same structure as before.

Ask for a schedule and you get a finished file for Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, with WBS, dependencies, milestones, resources and a calendar with public holidays. Every assumption is stated in the answer, so the planner can correct what is wrong. Yesper can also convert an existing schedule between the two formats.

Choose Light, Dark or Follow system under Appearance. Drawings, PDFs and spreadsheets are still shown light, like paper.

Write, for example, "change the skill so the summary always starts with the risks" and it is updated, with version history. A colleague's skill is never affected. You get your own copy that you can change.

Upload the client's schedule and ask what is on the critical path, what drives the finish date and which activities have no float. Yesper reads files from every version of MS Project since Project 98, and XER files from Primavera P6. The schedule can also be exported to Excel.

CAD drawings, BIM models and schedules in a synced SharePoint library now land in the project automatically, just like the other documents.

Connect your Microsoft account and you can ask questions about your inbox, your calendar and your OneNote notes right in Yesper. Attachments can be saved to the project and become searchable like any other file. Each user connects their own account, and Yesper never sends anything.

In the sidebar you see every thread and everything in progress, and you can filter by your own, your colleagues' or all of them. Under My history you find what you last worked on, regardless of project.

You don't have to explain the situation every time you start a new thread. Yesper remembers where the project stands, even when you come back the next day or a colleague takes over. In the project list you see the phase, obstacles and next step for each project.

Draw a building, a property boundary or a work area directly on the map, with an orthophoto as the background and the surface area shown as you draw. You don't have to type in any coordinates, for example ahead of a climate calculation or an excavation volume calculation.

Compare two versions of the same document and see exactly what differs. Restore an earlier version without losing the history. Files that are removed are archived instead of deleted, so they can always be brought back.

Describe a task in your own words, answer a few follow-up questions and get a finished app. Once you have solved something tricky, Yesper can save the approach as a skill that everyone in the project can use.

Yesper now works with complete tender documents and large models in one and the same task.

Press the microphone and say what you want done. The text is written out as you speak, and a short or uncertain recording stops for review before anything is sent.

Yesper remembers who you are, how you want your answers and what your projects are about, in the next conversation too. What you have told Yesper in one project it can look up in another instead of asking again. What concerns only you is not visible to others.

Start a longer task and switch windows. When Yesper is done you get a notification on your desktop, and one click takes you to the answer. You turn it on under Notifications when threads are done in the user menu.

Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PDF files can now be mounted as originals in Yesper's code environment, where Yesper works programmatically in the file's structure: formulas and cell values in spreadsheets, form fields in documents, slides and objects in presentations. Your organisation's templates can be the starting point for new documents.

Ask for an image in plain words and Yesper creates it and places it right in the presentation, report or PDF it is building. Covers, section dividers, illustrations — in whatever format fits the page.

Sometimes a quick answer is enough. A new button interrupts the deeper analysis mid-run and answers right away instead — same question, no retyping.

At difficult decision points — choice of method, whether an answer holds — Yesper pauses and has an independent model from a second provider review the reasoning: recommendation, confidence, risks and what to verify. Only then does the work continue.

Agents can now extract line items, requirements and contacts into typed tables that live in the project: filterable, sortable and queryable in later conversations. One-off answers become a data layer that grows with the project.

Yesper reads your company’s colors and fonts and applies them when it generates PowerPoint decks and web presentations. The result looks like your organization made it, because it did.

When new files finish indexing, the project memory updates itself: no manual refresh, no reminding the assistant. Upload the latest revision and the next answer already knows about it.

Runs now checkpoint their progress and retry through provider outages, deploys and restarts, for hours if needed. If a limit is hit you get a partial result and a summary of what remains, never a dead end.
