Extract quantities from a PDF drawing
When all you have is a PDF drawing, Yesper can count elements, measure distances to scale and produce a simple bill of quantities – for example doors, windows and parking spaces. Works for both CAD-exported and scanned drawings (A4–A0+). Good for quick checks and rough estimates in design and estimating.
How to do it in Yesper
- Add the PDF drawing.
- Ask Yesper to count the objects you need or measure distances.
- Yesper interprets the symbols, the legend and the title block.
- Review the result in Yesper and download if needed.
Settings & tips
- State the scale if it is not clearly shown.
- Ask for a simple bill of quantities as the output.
