Quality, environmental and work-environment plans and controls. 10 guides
A quality plan describes how quality is assured – organisation, self-inspections, control points and nonconformity management. Yesper produces a project-specific plan, preferably per ISO 9001, based on your material. Most relevant at the start of production.
An environmental plan gathers environmental aspects, legal requirements, protective measures and follow-up. Yesper draws up a plan, preferably per ISO 14001, and brings in the relevant requirements. Most relevant at the start of production, especially in sensitive environments.
A work environment plan (AMP) gathers the especially high-risk work, site rules and protective measures. Yesper produces the plan and references the relevant requirements in the Swedish Work Environment Authority's provisions (AFS), based on the project's risks. Most relevant at the start of production, and updated continuously.
A combined QHSE (quality, environment & work environment) self-inspection covers all three areas in one check. Yesper creates the checklist with points for quality, environment and work environment and can run it against the material. Most relevant continuously in production.
A work environment risk assessment identifies risks and links protective measures to the applicable provisions. Yesper lists risks with an assessment and measures, referencing the right provision in the Swedish Work Environment Authority's provisions (AFS). Most relevant ahead of high-risk work and as input for the work environment plan (AMP).
Nonconformities need to be documented and followed up to lead to action. Yesper writes a nonconformity report with cause, consequence and corrective action and can keep a register for follow-up. Most relevant continuously in production.
The Swedish Work Environment Authority's provisions (AFS) govern the work environment in detail. Yesper searches AFS and Arbetsmiljölagen (the Swedish Work Environment Act) and answers with a reference to the right provision – without you having to dig. Relevant continuously in planning and production.
A chemical and environmental register needs to stay current and searchable. Yesper stores it as a register that persists over time and can be filtered – for example for products that should be phased out. The register is shown in the assistant.
A safety round needs systematic control points to catch work environment deficiencies. Yesper creates a safety round checklist adapted to the site's risks and collects the notes. Most relevant continuously during production.
An inspection plan under PBL governs inspection points, inspection methods and the responsible inspector. Yesper produces a plan adapted to the measure. Most relevant ahead of the permit or notification.
