Create a quality plan

A quality plan describes how quality is assured – organisation, self-inspections, control points and nonconformity management. Yesper produces a project-specific plan, preferably per ISO 9001, based on your material. Most relevant at the start of production.

How to do it in Yesper

  1. Describe the project and the quality requirements, or point to the material in Secure folders.
  2. Ask Yesper to create a quality plan with standard headings.
  3. Add project-specific self-inspections and control points.
  4. Review in Yesper and download as a document if needed.

Settings & tips

  • State whether the plan should follow the ISO 9001 structure.
  • Add the client's requirements and they are woven in.
