Every road job has lines in the way, roughly where the drawing says. Who pays to move each one sits in a different document for every owner: an easement, a franchise ordinance, a DOT permit. It gets sorted out late, usually when the first invoice arrives.
One case on our Try page: a roundabout on a state highway. Yesper found the conflicts and allocated each one under the document that decides who pays. The City carries $668,000 of $1,218,000. Part can't be assigned yet: the DOT permits say nothing about a City-sponsored roundabout.
You know the City's share and what to ask the DOT before final plans, not during construction. Test holes go where the money rests on owner records. Same for the rest of the Try page: a work plan for a culvert, quantities from an IFC model, a bridge coordination model.

Yesper is the AI civil engineer for construction and infrastructure. AFRY, COWI, NRC Group and other Nordic firms use it to halve the time on a study, rerun calculations in minutes, and catch errors that would otherwise slip through. Get in touch if you'd like to see what it can do for you.
