The reviewer reads the title block first

Anyone who has sent a drawing set for the owner's review knows this. The reviewer reads the title block first. The design team checks it last, the night before the delivery, against a standard that changed since the last project. One wrong date and the set comes back.

One case on our Try page: a drawing set of 118 sheets. Yesper read every title block against the owner's standards. 44 sheets fail a field. The same engineer had checked and approved every mechanical sheet, and the electrical plans were dated after the submittal.

The set goes out right, instead of coming back unread. The sign-off question lands on the engineer in responsible charge before the delivery, not after it. Same for the rest of the Try page: what changed between two revisions of a set, a review protocol for a design package.
