We're about to send the 95% CD set for Meadowlark Commons to the Fox Gap Housing Authority for review. Can you go through the title block on every sheet in the zip and check status, issue, date, sheet number and checked/approved by against their CADD and Drawing Standards (Rev. 4) and the 95% CD submittal requirements? Use the sheet index and the design team org chart, and give me one tab per discipline showing what doesn't comply.
