Title block review, 95% CD set for Meadowlark Commons
The title block on all 118 sheets of the 95% Construction Documents set was read and checked field by field against the Fox Gap Housing Authority CADD and Drawing Standards: status, issue, date, sheet number, and checked/approved by. 44 sheets fail one field. Three of the findings cover whole series: mechanical, civil, and the electrical plans.

Summary
Sign-off · M Mechanical · 22 sheets
The same engineer checked and approved all 22 mechanical sheets
RLP is entered as both Checked by and Approved by in every mechanical title block. The standards require two different individuals, with approval by the engineer in responsible charge (CADD and Drawing Standards, p. 12). The org chart names AKM in responsible charge of mechanical and RLP as checker.
Action: have AKM approve and re-initial the mechanical sheets before the set goes to the Owner.
Sheet numbers · C Civil · 12 sheets
All 12 civil sheets use the legacy numbering format
The title blocks carry numbers such as C1.01 from Rev. 3 instead of C-101 in the National CAD Standard format that Rev. 4 requires (Appendix B, p. 24). The sheet index has the correct numbers, so the error shows only on the sheets themselves.
Action: renumber the title blocks. The sheet index does not need to change.
Date · E Electrical · 6 sheets
6 electrical plans are dated Nov 12, 2026, after the submittal date
The lighting and power plans E-101 through E-106 carry 11/12/2026 in the title block. The submittal date is Oct 30, 2026 (95% CD Submittal Requirements, p. 1), and the sheet index lists 10/30/2026.
Action: ask the electrical engineer whether the plans changed after the submittal before the dates are corrected.
Sheet register with a check per field
One tab per discipline, with the sheets in sheet index order and with the index numbers and titles. Each cell shows what the title block says, green when the field complies and red when it deviates. Click a cell to see the title block as read next to the requirement in the standards.
Deviations by discipline and field

Method
The title block was located along the right edge of each PDF, and the fields were identified by their labels. The standards base sheet identification on the U.S. National CAD Standard (p. 9).
Five fields were checked against the requirements: status, issue, date, sheet number, and checked and approved by.
Sheet numbers and dates were also compared with the sheet index, and the initials with the design team org chart.
The results were sorted into one tab per discipline in sheet index order.
Assumptions and limitations
Only the title block fields were checked, not sheet content, revision blocks or revision clouds.
Seals were not reviewed beyond confirming that no sheet is sealed, as the submittal requirements state. This is not a legal review of K.A.R. 66-6-1.
Initials were checked as text in the title block. Handwritten or scanned signatures were not verified.
Scale, project number and project information are shown but are not part of the check.
