The revisions nobody tracked

Anyone who has taken an EA through agency review knows this. Comments come back, revisions go into a clean copy under deadline, and nobody turns on track changes. Then the agency asks what changed, and Word Compare gives mostly template noise.

One case on our Try page: an EA revised in a clean copy. Yesper carried every change back into the original Draft as tracked changes, word for word, formatting noise left out. It found 31 changes, 4 of them with no comment response, and a noise figure that never reached the Summary.

The summary is corrected and the unanswered changes get a decision before the EA goes for signature, not after the agency sends it back. Same for the rest of the Try page: a climate risk assessment, species law questions from a design review, a completion report for a remediation.
