We got agency comments back on the SC 487 Marble Gap EA, and the team made the revisions in a clean copy (SC487_Marble_Gap_EA_Revised_Draft_clean.docx) instead of tracking them in the Draft. Can you put every change back into the original Draft file as track changes, word for word, so accepting all gives the Revised Draft and rejecting all gives the Draft? Leave out the formatting noise, and check each change against EA_Comment_Response_Matrix.xlsx so we know if anything isn't covered by a response.
