Not every change gets a cloud

Anyone who has had a reissued set land during bidding knows this. The revision clouds show what the engineer meant to change. Whatever else moved is in there too, unmarked, and nobody has time to look. The addendum goes out, unmarked changes and all.

One case on our Try page: lighting sheets reissued for an addendum. Yesper compared them sheet by sheet against the bid set and marked every change in the PDF. 151 of 165 had no cloud: a luminaire type swapped on most plans, non-dimming where the spec says dimming, and the ISSUED FOR BID stamp gone from every sheet.

The question goes to the engineer before the addendum, not after a bidder prices the wrong luminaire. Same for the rest of the Try page: a review protocol for a design package, the bid set against the IFC set, title blocks across a drawing set.
