Anyone who has put a crew in a creek knows this. The permit arrives as a letter of conditions, the drawings in different revisions, the schedule from before the permit. They first meet in the work plan, the week before mobilization.
One case on our Try page: a culvert replacement work plan. Yesper tied every permit condition to the activity it governs, and the drawings didn't agree: the typical section puts the invert 0.50 ft deeper than the profile, and only the deeper one meets the permit. Six in-stream workdays fall after the work window.
The RFI goes out before the crew does. The schedule moves now, not with the excavator in the creek. Same for the jobs beside it on the Try page: a CO2 refrigeration JHA, on-track safety planning from an inspection note, crew and flagging hours from the track windows.

Yesper is the AI civil engineer for construction and infrastructure. AFRY, COWI, NRC Group and other Nordic firms use it to halve the time on a study, rerun calculations in minutes, and catch errors that would otherwise slip through. Get in touch if you'd like to see what it can do for you.
