The sub's JHA looked finished

Anyone running a site knows the draft. The sub's JHA lands the week before, hazards rated, controls listed, ready to sign. Nobody has read it against the spec, the test procedure, the manufacturer's manual and the lookahead. That's where the holes are.

One case on our Try page: a refrigeration sub's draft JHA for a CO2 rack. Yesper finished it. Charging relied on personal gas monitors, with fixed detection scheduled for the week after. A single test pressure would have exceeded the MT and LT sections. Ten changes, three hold points before pressure test, evacuation and charging.

The missing control shows up when the JHA is finished instead of on charging day. The test pressures fit each section before the nitrogen goes on. Same for the rest of the Try page: a work plan for a culvert replacement, safety training for a crew trenching beside a power line.
