A fix never stays in one report

Anyone who has delivered a series of site reports in one template knows this. The sources disagree, a reviewer's comment on one report applies to half of them, and the client asks which are done. Keeping every report in step with every correction is the job.

One case on our Try page: ten closed landfill assessments, which Yesper wrote and reviewed in the city's template. QC review caught a wellhead protection boundary from an old inventory that the city's current plan had redrawn. Two sites moved from Tier 3 to Tier 2.

The outdated boundary surfaces in review, before the reports go out, and a fix on one report lands in every report it touches that day. The client gets one list of what's missing. Same for a remediation completion report, lab data from scans, or an EA revision as tracked changes.
