We need closed landfill assessment reports for the City of Stone Ford's ten closed landfills, one report per site in our Closed Landfill Assessment Report template v3. The sources are the 2009 closed landfill inventory, the Sanitation Department records from 1948–1989, the September field sampling logs and lab reports, and the City's 2021 Wellhead Protection Plan. Build a site record for each landfill with a source for every fact, draft the reports and put in placeholders wherever data is missing. Then run QC review and final review on each report, keep one shared change log, and show me where all ten stand.
