A work preparation makes sure an operation is planned properly before it starts – sequence, resources, risks and protective measures – and is especially important ahead of high-risk or complex work. Yesper weighs your material together (for example drawing, technical description, AMA, AFS – the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations – and weather from SMHI) and produces a complete preparation, preferably split per role. The same content can be delivered as a document, a checklist or an interactive web app with a map of work and protection zones.

How to do it in Yesper

  1. Describe the work operation, the site and the conditions in the chat.
  2. Add material such as a drawing or technical description (drag it in, Secure folders or SharePoint) to make the preparation project-specific.
