Document variations (ÄTA)

Variations (ÄTA – change and additional works) must be documented correctly and linked to the contract to get paid. Yesper structures an ÄTA notice with cause, scope and cost and references the right provision. Most relevant continuously during production.

How to do it in Yesper

  1. Describe the change or additional work, or point to the material in Secure folders.
  2. Ask Yesper to structure an ÄTA notice with cause, scope and cost.
  3. Let Yesper reference the relevant provision (AB 04/ABT 06).
  4. Review in Yesper and send it to the client for approval.

  • Point out the AB 04 or ABT 06 library for correct references.
  • Ask Yesper to keep an ÄTA log for follow-up.
