Which revision counts

Anyone who has closed out a remediation knows this. The folder grew for years, a corrected lab report sits beside the one it replaced, and the completion report has to stand on the right one. Reading it all again comes last, when the budget's spent.

One case on our Try page: the completion report for a service station cleanup. Yesper sorted the folder into revision chains and a timeline and drafted it, every section sourced. One grid was backfilled on a lab report the lab had already corrected: 3.5 mg/kg benzo(a)pyrene against a cleanup level of 2.1.

Whether to re-excavate is decided on the corrected result before the report goes in, not after the agency sends it back. Same for the rest of the Try page: an EA revision as tracked changes, a field day into the log templates, a series of closed landfill reports.
