The schedule is a revision behind the plans

Anyone who builds models knows this. Schedule and plans are never at the same revision: the plans move a crossing, the schedule keeps its old rows. The model takes what it's given, so someone reads sheet against row by hand, the week before submittal.

One case on our Try page: a Rev C handhole schedule and Rev D plan sheets. Yesper reconciled them and wrote the import file for the 3D model, conflicting rows flagged. Rev D had moved the conduit crossing: 5 structures dropped out and 3 came in that the schedule never had.

Reconciliation happens before the import, not in model review. A moved crossing shows up as flagged rows now instead of a comment on the submittal. Same for the rest of the Try page: an IFC model of existing catenary masts, a coordinate check for OCS foundations, cable tags against the cable list.
