Every discipline keeps its own list

Every discipline on a rail section keeps its own list of the same objects. Different people, different revisions, same chainage. They're supposed to agree. Finding out means laying them side by side, the check that slips when delivery is late.

One case on our Try page: a rail section's construction documents, compared along the chainage. Yesper found 12 axle counter points in the cable list and the duct schedule that were missing from the signal object list, and 4 of 11 cabinets placed differently depending on the document.

The difference shows up in the review instead of on site, when one discipline has built to its list and the next to another. Same for any lists that should agree, and the rest of the Try page: a review protocol for a design package, cable tags against the cable schedule, coordinates for catenary foundations.
