The claim is in the site diary

Every site manager knows this. The hours are in the diary, and nobody opens it again until the claim is due. By then the log and the diaries disagree, and the client's first move is to find the day you counted twice.

One case on our Try page: site diaries from a street and water and sewer job. Yesper read every page and built the claim, item by item, at contract rates. SEK 490,924 was missing from the ÄTA log, and in 4 pairs the same crew or machine was claimed twice.

The day the client would have found first turns up at your desk instead of across the table, and so do the items the log missed. Same for any site diaries, and the rest of the Try page: a final pay application against the contract, a rebuttal of liquidated damages.
