Entek delivers across electrical, controls, energy, construction, and tenant adaptation work. On a complex project, that means five technical disciplines each producing their own technical descriptions, change orders, self-inspections, and energy calculations — all of which have to fit together by the time delivery starts.

The team spent serious time reading into incoming material, double-checking requirements, and chasing down the version someone had updated last week. Small ambiguities in scope between disciplines turned into late changes, ÄTA discussions, and rework no one had budgeted for.
02 · What we did
Entek loaded their project documentation into Yesper — PDFs, Excels, drawings, everything that came in across the five disciplines. The platform indexed the material in seconds and gave the project team an AI that knew the whole project, not just the part each discipline owned.
We worked with the team to turn version tracking and checklist generation into shared routines, so what the senior people held in their heads became something the platform ran for everyone.
03 · What it does
The platform reads incoming material from all five disciplines and gives Entek's team a single view of the project. Yesper flags what changed between versions, generates checklists from the project's own documents, and captures decisions, interpretations, and clarifications as the work runs — so reference material from one project becomes available on the next.

04 · The result
Procurement work that took two weeks now takes days. Late surprises in production, which used to show up on every project, are no longer something the team plans for. And reference material that used to live with individual estimators now sits in the platform — available to anyone running the next project.
05 · What runs now
Entek now uses Yesper across active projects. Procurement review, version tracking, and checklist generation run on the same platform. The team is rolling out further to win more public procurement work, where requirement compliance often decides outcomes before pricing matters.
