Sub-processors

This page lists the sub-processors engaged in the provision of the Yesper service. Sub-processors process personal data on behalf of Yesper as data processor, in accordance with applicable data processing agreements.

We notify customers of material changes to this list in accordance with the data processing agreement (DPA) in force. Customers may subscribe to notifications about changes by contacting legal@yesper.ai.

Microsoft Azure

Purpose: Cloud infrastructure provider — databases, file storage, AI model hosting, messaging, and search services.
Location: All data is processed and stored on servers within the European Union (Sweden Central region).
Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited.

Microsoft Azure provides the foundational cloud infrastructure for the Yesper Platform.

Auth0

Purpose: Authentication provider — used to authenticate users and integrate with customer identity providers (such as Microsoft Entra ID).
Location: Servers within the European Union.
Provider: Okta, Inc. (Auth0 by Okta).

Auth0 ensures that authentication follows the highest security standards while supporting integration with a wide range of identity providers.

Intercom

Purpose: Customer support tooling — allows users to reach support directly inside the application.
Location: Servers within the European Union.
Provider: Intercom R&D Unlimited Company.

Notes

• All sub-processors are bound by written agreements requiring them to process personal data only on Yesper's documented instructions, maintain confidentiality, and implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures consistent with applicable law.
• Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V are in place, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.
