We just got the City's and ODOT's review comments back on our 60% plans for OR 571 Main Street in Tamarack Junction, two spreadsheets with 312 comments. We're on a lump sum fee (EJCDC E-500). Can you sort them into design corrections we fix on our own dime, clarifications, unclear criteria, and new requirements we can take to the City as additional services, with rough hours for each?
