Can you take off the quantities for earthworks, water and sewer, street and lighting from drawing 101 and compare them with the MF? I want to know which items we should question before we price the tender.

Trench excavation is 23.7 percent above the MF and pipe bedding 19.7 percent above. Nine of eleven items agree within two percent and can be priced at the MF quantities.
