We need an owner's leave-behind settings record for the two geothermal heat pumps at the Birch Gap Public Library: factory default, value at turnover, and every change since, for each setting. Attached are the Calder GWX IOM, our startup report and the turnover sign-off, the two service reports, and the BAS change log export. Please also pull in the City's work orders and this summer's BAS trend, and flag anything that's out of range or was changed without a reason.
