We're bidding three Town of Otter Crossing jobs that close within two weeks of each other: Otter Creek Village Phase 1, the NC 410 multi-use path and the Millrace Park wet pond. The front ends look like the same Town template, but I need to know exactly where they differ in substance. Can you compare the bidding requirements, General and Supplementary Conditions, Division 01 and Special Provisions section by section and flag anything that should change how we bid, like contract time, ICTs, liquidated damages, force account and labor rates, lane closures and bonds?
