I've attached our framing/drywall sub's labor-hour budget by floor, the interiors master schedule Rev C and the OAC #7 minutes. Can you lay the budgeted hours over the schedule week by week and show me where the framing front and the drywall front are on each level? I want to know how many guys each crew actually needs per week compared with what we've got (4 framers, 5 hangers), whether the schedule holds up through the holidays, and when we'll realistically finish if the crews stay the same.
