We're bidding the City of Hickory Hills Eyebright Addition Phase 1 job (IFB No. 2026-14). Attached are the Special Provisions as issued and as reissued with Addendum No. 2, the plan set, Bid Schedule Rev 1, the Supplemental General Conditions and the Phase II ESA; the ODOT 2019 Standard Specifications apply. Go through what the plans and specs require that the bid schedule doesn't actually pay for: work with no pay item, design we'd have to do for free, third-party fees and conflicting documents. For each one, show me the quote, how it's measured, the change order basis, how strong it is and what the City will say back, and tell me if anything changed between Rev 0 and Rev 1.
