Here's the whole package: the IFB, project special provisions, bid schedule, sheet index, plan set and the attachments. Can you check that every bid item is covered by the SCDOT 2025 Standard Specifications or a special provision, that every sheet referenced in the specs, IFB and plan notes is actually in the set, and flag anything that shouldn't go out, like leftover reviewer notes or outdated references? Tell me straight whether it's ready to advertise.
