We're sending out the electrical and low-voltage package (Div 26, 27 and 28) for Lone Prairie Intermediate School. Draft the ITB from our A401-based subcontract template with the prime contract terms flowed down, checked against Divisions 00 and 01 and the Supplementary Conditions, and build a scope matrix for the package from Exhibit B, the Div 23 and 26–28 specs, the life safety plans and the E, T and FA sheets. Flag anywhere the bid documents don't give the sub a quantity they'd need to price the work, and suggest how to handle it.
