I exported every track defect from our inspection system for the Quarry Hill, Granite and Redbud Subs and the Cobalt Branch, Nov 2024 through Oct 2026. It's almost 11,000 rows, way too many to work through in Excel. Can you build me a tool with filters, charts, a timeline and a straight-line track chart that places the defects by subdivision and milepost, and that works offline? Use the station list for the mileposts, the 2025–2026 inspection and test plan, and MW-100 for priorities and due dates.
