I need the detention pond sized for flow control per the Eastern Washington manual (SBUH, Type IA, existing conditions) using the preliminary plat and the 30% storm drainage sheets, and a check of whether the pond on the plat is big enough. Also look at how much the wet pool will drop over a dry summer from evaporation and seepage, and whether the culvert under SR 291 works against the WSDOT comment letter.
