Attached are the project email export and the progress meeting minutes for North Fox Flats Phase 2, plus our change order log and the General and Special Provisions. Can you find everything in the emails and minutes that should have been a change order or a delay claim but never made it into the log? For each one I want the quote, date and sender, the contractual basis under the TxDOT specs, whether we gave written notice, and an estimated value using the bid schedule and our force account rates.
