We need to rank the 16 intersections on our four arterial corridors (Iowa 494, Mill St, Riverside Dr and Prairie Ave) for the Safety Action Plan project list. Can you build a prioritization matrix from the Iowa DOT crash data, our traffic and ped/bike counts, the OMT AVL data, the SRTS walk audit and the planning-level cost estimates, using the weights in the draft plan? Show it on a map, let me play with the weights, and make every number traceable back to its source. I also want to know how sensitive the ranking is.
