We're redoing the impact tables for the K-844 Draft EA in Quail Fork, Kansas, and I want a defensible method this time. Can you set up rating criteria for each resource category with separate scales for resource value and sensitivity, plus a catalog of the impact factors we should be looking at (phase, duration, reversibility, which study covers it)? Then run the eight resources from our biological, archaeology, wellfield, construction noise and visual studies through it and compare with the Rev. A impact tables.
Thinking…
Same value, impacts from negligible to major. Rev. A overstated impacts for 3 of 8 resources.
