We're pricing the design-build proposal for Mesa Junction Elementary (RFP DB-26-07). Can you go through the Supplementary Conditions, the draft DBIA 525 Agreement and Addendum No. 1 against the standard DBIA 525/535 and tell us which changes hurt us as the design-builder and which help, ranked? We also need actions for each phase and pre-proposal questions we can submit through the District's portal before Nov 20. Exhibit F and our estimate are attached.
