Can you go through the progress meeting minutes 1–31, the COR log, Change Order No. 1 and our Claim Summary Rev C against the City's LD notice and their COR status letter? I need a chronology, a settlement statement and a time extension we can stand behind, plus the deadlines we have to hit under the spec.
