We just got the IFC set from the architect for Silver Ford Commons, and our price is based on the March bid set. Can you compare the two sets and list what actually changed by area – exterior elevations and cladding, door hardware sets and functions, unit kitchen casework and appliance layouts, baths and finishes? Separate real changes from drafting cleanup, flag anything where the IFC documents contradict each other, and give me a rough cost for each change so we can write CORs and RFIs. Use the A-sheets, project manuals, door hardware schedules, the unit prices in our A101/A201 agreement and our bid estimate.
