We're bidding the Building B renovation at Copper Flats Middle School as GC, lump sum under A201. Attached are the three Project Manual volumes, the bid drawings and the asbestos inspection report. Go through it all and tell me what's clearly in our scope, what's clearly the Owner's, and what's unclear enough that we should exclude it and carry it as a potential change order, with the spec and drawing language side by side and how strong each one is. I want the lowest scope we can defend, so draft the clarifications for the bid and the pre-bid questions too.
