Shrub reconciliation, Main Street streetscape, Laurel Grove
Shrubs on planting plan L-101, counted from the DWG and reconciled against the plant schedule and the nursery's shipping report. Of the 502 shrubs in the schedule, 80 have not been delivered, and two species have not shipped at all.

Summary
Not delivered
Two species have never shipped
Kelsey dogwood (46) and Gro-Low fragrant sumac (18) are on the plan and in the plant schedule but on none of the four delivery tickets, and the shipping report carries no backorder for either. That is 64 shrubs and about 510 SF of bed in B3, B6 and B8. Woods' rose, by contrast, is backordered with 16 to follow.
Confirm the order with Juniper Draw Nursery before the beds are mulched.
Drawing
12 Little Princess spirea blocks are doubled
Layer L-PLNT-SHRB holds 132 SHRB-SP-LP blocks, but 12 of them sit on exactly the same insertion point as another block in B5. That leaves 120 unique locations, the same as the plant schedule and the deliveries.
A takeoff from the raw block count overstates by 12. Delete the duplicate block references in L-101.
Substitution
Goldfinger potentilla shipped as 'Goldstar'
Delivery ticket 24190 (Oct 27) and the shipping report list Potentilla fruticosa 'Goldstar', 64 ea. Line 3 of the plant schedule calls for 'Goldfinger'. Quantity and container size match; the cultivar does not.
The project's Section 32 93 00 Plants requires the Landscape Architect's written approval of substitutions (p. 6). Submit a substitution request or reject the plants.
Reconciliation by species and bed
Each symbol is one shrub block at its drawn insertion point, colored by delivery status. Pick a species in the table or click a symbol to see its plant schedule line and delivery lines. Click a bed label to zoom in and see what is drawn there.
Layers
514Blocks on the drawing, 502 unique points
502Shrubs in the plant schedule
437Shrubs delivered, 15 of them not on the plan
80Shrubs short against the schedule
The plan shows the DWG insertion points in simplified form, without perennials or paving. A red ring with the number 2 marks two blocks on the same point.
Reconciliation by species
Difference = delivered − plant schedule. Drawing = block count on the layer.

Method
All block insertions on layer L-PLNT-SHRB were read from model space with block name and insertion point. Each block name was matched to its line in the plant schedule.
Insertion points were rounded to 0.01 ft. Blocks with the same name on the same point were flagged as duplicates and counted once.
Each point was assigned to the bed (B1–B8) whose closed polyline on layer L-PLNT-BEDS contains it.
Shipping report rows were matched to the schedule by botanical name, cultivar and container size, and checked against the scanned delivery tickets.
Difference is delivered quantity minus schedule quantity. Bed area for missing species is quantity times the square of the scheduled on-center spacing.
Assumptions and limitations
Shrubs only. Trees and perennials on the same sheet are not reconciled.
Deliveries through ticket 24231 on Nov 3, 2026 are included. Later deliveries and returns are not in the source files.
The shipping report does not say where on site the plants were dropped, so status applies to the whole species, not to individual beds.
Plant condition and size at receipt were not checked, only quantity, species, cultivar and the ANSI Z60.1 container class on the tickets.
